Patrick Clark hails from Albany, NY, where he was once the lead choirboy at the Cathedral of All Saints, while simultaneously
playing guitar for the hardcore band Glee Club. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the College at New Paltz, and
moved to Seattle in 1997. He received a Master of Music degree from the University of Washington, where he studied composition
with Richard Karpen, John Rahn and Juan Pampin.
Patrick continues to record and compose music, and is particularly interested in chordal theory in punk and hardcore.
His short treatise, Clash Theory
has been cited by Clash lovers and rock journalists alike.
Patrick has been designing for print and web since 2008, and is a student at Seattle's
School of Visual Concepts. He is also a founding partner of the Seattle design group Loudmouse.
